Payment policy

Clear terms, before any money changes hands.

Invoicing

Invoices are generated on request, once scope is agreed. Payment is for an approved invoice or an agreed deposit only. Please confirm the amount with Joe before sending anything.

Deposits

A deposit may be required to reserve assessment or project time. It secures your place on the schedule and is applied to your final balance.

Rescheduling & cancellations

Need to move a session? Give at least 48 hours' notice and Joe will reschedule at no charge. A session cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or a no-show, may forfeit the deposit.

Refunds

Because each engagement is bespoke and time-based, fees for completed work, including delivered assessments, reports, and analysis, are non-refundable once the work has been provided.
